Sylvia Faye Chase was born on 22nd April, 1943 and passed away on 2nd March, 2022.
Aged 78 years. Late of Avokahville Avenue, Avoca and formerly of Shepparton, VIC. Passed away peacefully at the Friendly Society Private Hospital on March 2nd, 2022. Beloved wife of Kevin. Dearly loved mother of David, Graham, Julie also Debbie and Rodney (both dec’d). Loving grandmother of 11. Dearly loved by her respective families.

A Funeral Service for Sylvia will be held at ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Branyan on Monday, March 14th, 2022 at 10:00am prior to interment at Branyan Gardens ‘Garden Of Rest’ Cemetery.
