Walter James “Wally” Brownlaw

Walter James “Wally” Brownlaw  was born on 8th July, 1936 and passed away on 31st January, 2024.

Aged 87 years. Late of South Kolan and formerly of Portland, Mount Gambier, Brisbane and Bauple. Passed away at the Bundaberg Base Hospital on January 31st, 2024. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Lee—Ann & Don, Jim, Sam, and Wal. Loving “Pop” of Renee & Pete, Dean & Kristie, Tegan, Alex, Stacey, Caitlin, Corey, Tarnika, and Kye, and great- “Pop” of Whitney, Keiarna, Taya, Kaiden, Nevaeh, and Zari. Dearly loved son of Jim & Alice Brownlaw (both dec’d). Loved brother and brother-in-law of Pam, Eric (dec’d), Sylvia, and Eileen and loved uncle of their respective families.

Relatives and friends of Wally and his family are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held in The Chapel, ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Branyan on Thursday, February 15th, 2024 at 10:00am.

Please note this Service has been changed from Graveside to the Chapel due to weather.

  1. To the man called Walter Brownlaw who I had the honored to called Dad. I thank God for the time in my life to be with you. I’m so glad you got to send the time with your family. I can remember all the talks we had. God bless you will be dearly missed.
