Rodney Bryant ‘Rod’ Long was born on 12th November, 1945 and passed away on 13th September, 2022.
Aged 76 years. Late of Hervey Bay. Passed away on September 13th, 2022. Dearly loved father & father-in-law of Graham, Brenda, Esther, Royce & Ruby, Melinda & John and Sean (dec’d). Loving grandad of Kylie, Michele, Angelee, Hannah, Sheridan, Morgan, Joel, Joshua, Cameron, Ellie-Mae, Manasseh and great-grandad of Brielle, Elijah, Nikea, Pearl, Jacob, Asha, Mason, Mackenzie, Madison, Clarke, Leo and Lucas. Dearly loved son of Edwin & Theresa (both dec’d). Loved brother of Eunice, Malcolm (dec’d), Graham (dec’d), Janice (dec’d) and loved uncle of their respective families.

Relatives and friends of Rod and his family are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held at The Chapel, ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Branyan on Friday, September 23rd, 2022 at 1:00pm prior to interment at Branyan Gardens, ‘Garden Of Rest’ Cemetery.
