Philip Ronald ‘Phil’ Churchill  was born on 5th April, 1945 and passed away on 10th January, 2024.

Aged 78 years. Formerly of Sydney, Brisbane, and Gold Coast. Passed away at Bolton Clarke Fairways, Bundaberg North, on January 10th, 2024. Dearly loved father & father-in-law of Matthew & Pauline, Peter & Claire. Loving “Granddad” of Fletcher, Alexandra, Abigail, Charlotte, Cosmo and former husband to Kathleen Churchill. Dearly loved son of Edward & Irene Churchill (both dec’d). The loved brother of Steven & Gayle and Greg & Mary-Ann, uncle to their respective families.

Relatives and friends of Phil and his family are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held at “Branyan Gardens”, Cummins Rd, Branyan, Thursday, January 18th, 2024, at 10.00a.m.

  1. I’m sorry I couldn’t be there today. It was a great service for a great Man.
    A small memory I had of Phil when I was young. Lying on our boogie boards in the back of the Kingswood wagon on the way down to Kiama. And, Phil would always ask me if I was doing calculus in high school. RIP Phil

    1. I have just finished watching Phil’s “good-bye”….it was a lovely send off. Well done Matt and Peter and of course everyone else in your families. And thank you to Kathleen for helping me navigate the site to watch and shed a few tears. Love to you all from Canada
