Phillip James Cook was born on 17th July, 1936 and passed away on 24th November, 2022.
Aged 86 years. Late of Palm Lakes and formerly of Murgon and Kilcoy, Queensland. Passed away at the Bundaberg Base Hospital on 24th November, 2022. Beloved husband of Sandra. Dearly loved father & father-in-law of Susan & Mark, Jennifer & Darren, Elizabeth & Craig. Loving grandfather of Brayden, Jordan, Joseph, Alice, and Holly. Dearly loved son of Frank & Charlotte (both dec’d). Loved brother of Patricia, John, and Shirley (all dec’d) and loved uncle of their respective families.
