Mervyn George “Merv” Johnson was born on 24th March, 1937 and passed away on 22nd December, 2019.
Aged 82 years. Late of Moore Park Beach and formerly of Pizzey Street, Bundaberg. Passed away peacefully at home with family on December 22, 2019. Beloved husband of Grace. Dearly loved father & father-in-law of Clare & Robert, Norelle & Robert, Melvin, Lezia & Rick, Deanne & Chris and Everett & Gabrielle. Loving grandfather of 26 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Dearly loved son of George & Cecelia Johnson (both dec’d) and son-in-law of Andrew & Alice Brown (both dec’d). Much loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle of the Johnson, Appoo, Broome and Brown families. Respected Elder of the Gooreng Gooreng Nation.
