James Weir Quaite was born on 5th May 1933 and passed away on 20th September 2018.
Aged 85 years. Late of Dunkirk Street, Bundaberg. Passed away unexpectedly on September 20, 2018. Beloved husband of Elsie. Dearly loved father & father-in-law of Marion, Carol & Gary, James & Rhonda (dec’d), Robert & Barbara. Loving grandfather of Daniel, Minka, Joshua, Lani, Emma, Jimmy, Sarah and Matthew. Loved great-grandfather of 12 great-grandchildren. Much loved brother of Lorice, Lewis, Jacqueline and Francis (dec’d). Cherished mentor and friend to many.

Relatives and friends of Jim and his family are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held at the Chapel, ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Branyan, FRIDAY, September 28, 2018 at 1:00pm.
My deepest condolences to Elsie and family on Jim’s passing. Jim was a man respected and admired for his commitment to his family, his hard work ethic in personal and public arenas. He will be dearly missed by all, none more so than his family.

My heartfelt sympathies to you all on Jim’s passing. I remember with great fondness all the special times spent with Jim and Elsie and your whole family through our wonderful hockey experiences. Jim was a man of great integrity and compassion who was so well respected by all who had the pleasure to know him.
