  6. What a sad, yet tremendously moving farewell, to our bright, bubbly, Emma. I taught Emma when she was a student at Shalom College. More recently, I watched the family grow as fellow parishioners of Good Shepherd, Bundaberg West. My fondest memory is of the day the family brought their family chicken to the Annual Pets’ Blessing Service. The heartfelt reflections delivered so emotionally by Will and Olivia in tribute to their dear mother, impressively reminded me of the love within the family and of the Emma I knew. While expressing deepest sympathy to all family and friends, my prayer is that our loving God will richly bless all family and friends as he tenderly holds each of you in the palm of his loving hands as you grieve such a tragic loss and bring you His peace. May our beloved Emma rest in peace.
