Douglas Vernon “Doug” Froude was born on 8th September, 1928 and passed away on 26th November, 2018.
Aged 90 years. Late of Carinity Care, Kepnock Grove, Bundaberg and formerly of Sydney, NSW. Passed away at the Friendly Society Private Hospital on November 26, 2018. Beloved husband of Joy. Dearly loved father & father-in-law of Steven & Khanittha. Loving grandfather of Aaron & Emma, Ben and great-grandfather of April and Kenzie. Loved uncle of Julie and Martin (UK). A cherished friend to many.

I am sorry to hear of the sad journey Douggie (what Dad called him) had over the past few years.
He was a Gentleman and very good friend to our Dad, they played bowls together and grumbled about the greens, sat on the front verandah enjoying a cuppa and laughed at their dogs running around or just sat.
