Dearest Carlo, Diana, Robert, Wendy, and your children and families,
We are writing to express personally our most sincere condolences for the passing of zio Mario from this Earth. We are deeply grateful to him for all the kindness and affection he showed us, which we will always remember with warmth. His smile, his kindness, and his practical way of doing good and making people feel valued always touched us. These are the things that cannot be erased and that remain part of our lives.
We will never forget the warm welcome he gave to Cesco and his family, and more recently also to us, Adriana and Francesco. The beautiful moments we shared last September, when retracing his adventurous life, allowed us to discover a man who did not give up in the face of difficulties, but instead turned them into lessons to improve himself and support his family.
We embrace you and ask you to feel our closeness not only in this moment, but also in the future.
Take care
Adriana, Francesco with Cesco, Michela, Anna and families
