Magnus Donald (Don) Bengtson was born on 18th April, 1932 and passed away on 26th April, 2025.
Late of Walker Street. Don passed away on April 26th, 2025, aged 93 years. Beloved husband of Connie (dec’d). Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Greg & Janice, Evan & Christine, Andrea & Ken, Glenn & Louise. Loving grandfather of Callum, Shannon, Ashley, Josh, Stuart, Matthew, Jeremy, Annie and great-grandfather of Harvey, Judah, Clementine, Archibald, Oliver, Micah, Scarlett and Rohan. Dearly loved son of Gladys (dec’d).

Such a wonderful person, always the gentleman. Enjoyed his visits with information regarding our family tree, always thought of others.
Don will be sadly missed by his family and friends, but he will always be remembered by the things he did behind the scenes and support for the community.

Good to see and listen to the funeral of Don. I remember him as a very nice person when we visited almost 20 years back.
I worked with Don for many years, he was always a thorough gentleman & his words of wisdom so appreciated. He adored Connie & his family. I was always welcomed at his home in Walker Street.
