Kevin Walter ‘Kev’ Parkin was born on 24th October, 1938 and passed away on 3rd June, 2021.
Aged 82 years. Late of Novakoski Street, Kepnock. Passed away peacefully on June 3rd, 2021. Beloved husband of Marguerita Barbara (dec’d). Dearly loved father & father-in-law of David & Waeomanee and Scott. Loving grandfather of Rian, Jarod and Jade. Much loved brother & brother-in-law of Betty & Reg (dec’d), Jenny & Bevan, Robyn & Tony. Loved uncle of their respective families.

A Funeral Service for Kevin will be held at ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Branyan on Thursday, June 10th, 2021 at 1:30pm.

It is with great sadness that we wish to advise that a great Rockhound, Gentleman and Friend of our Club, ‘Kev’ Parkin has passed away. Kev lent the Club those magnificent Rock Specimens that were on display at the Club Showcase at the Bundaberg Show. Thanks for all the assistance and advice you have given Club Members over so many years. So many of us have special rocks and gems we have purchased from you Kev. Thanks Kev for all you have done for us at Bundaberg Gem and Mineral Club.
