It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Helen Auer of Bundaberg on April 9th, 2026, at the age of 62. She will be remembered as a loving wife to Trevor, a wonderful mother to Sallie, mother-in-law to Lawson, stepmother to Brendan and Emily, and sister to Larry, Maureen and Lorraine. She was an inspiration to all; her positive energy and her perseverance will not be forgotten. She is greatly loved and will be missed by all friends and family. She will be in our hearts forever. Sweet dreams.

Trevor I am so sad to hear of Helen’s passing. You two have been through so much together and I have always admired how you supported each other in the toughest of times. I remember shaving Helen’s hair for ‘ shave for a cure’ and thinking what an inspirational and strong woman she was!
Hold on to your precious memories of your beautiful wife. Thinking of you and sending you love and strength at this difficult time. Sandy
