Fayleen Dawn Wimbis was born on 15th July, 1949 and passed away on 28th July, 2025.
nee Battersby. Late of Robinvale VIC and formerly of Bundaberg, Fayleen passed away at Mildura Base Hospital on July 28th, 2025, aged 76 years. Beloved wife of Cedric ‘Rick’. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Warren and Jenelle & Jason Jensen. Loving ‘Nan’ to Brice & Aleesha and great-‘Nan’ to little Brice. Dearly loved daughter of Owen & Irene Battersby and daughter-in-law of Daniel & Elsie Wimbis (all dec’d). Loved sister and sister-in-law of Owen (dec’d) & Robyn, Lee, Glen also Kay and Allan (both dec’d). Fayleen was also a much loved aunt.

Relatives and friends of Fayleen and her family are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held at The Chapel, ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Branyan on Friday, August 15th, 2025, commencing at 10:00am, prior to interment at the Bundaberg Lawn Cemetery (Hampson Street entrance).
