Evaline “Mary” MacCarthy was born on 12th March, 1944 and passed away on 16th July, 2023.
Aged 79 years. Late of Park Estate Drive, Branyan, and formerly of Cloncurry. Passed away at home surrounded by family on July 16th, 2023. Beloved wife of Roy. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Shannon & Bert, Navada & Steven, Lacey & Simon, Stephen & Gail, and Peter Crawford (dec’d). Loving grandmother of Eilish, Hunter, Sisco, Saxon, Memphis, Chelsea, Evie, Riley, and Paige. Great-grandmother of Boston, Ivy, Fallan, Archer, Juniper, and Avery. Dearly loved daughter of Harry & Evaline Rawlins (both dec’d). Loved sister of Maud, Olive, Dorothy, Glenda, Sissy (Vera), also, Stephen, Teddy, and Marg (all dec’d), and much loved aunt of their respective families.

Relatives and friends of Mary and her family are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held at The Chapel, ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Branyan on Friday, July 28th, 2023 at 12:00noon, prior to internment at the Branyan Gardens “Garden Of Rest” Cemetery.

Dear Uncle Roy, Shannon, Nevada and Lacey, Mum David and I all watched Aunty Mary’s service today, it was so beautiful, so touching and so lovingly put together. Such heartfelt words said about the love you all had for her and her love she shared with you. It really was so beautiful to see, we could feel how much she was so deeply loved and sadly missed.
