Elaine Anne Downes was born on 12th December, 1954 and passed away on 17th August, 2023.
Aged 68 years. Late of Burnett Heads Road, Burnett Heads and formerly of England. Passed away at the Bundaberg Base Hospital on August 17th, 2023. Beloved wife of Clifford (dec’d). Dearly loved mother & mother-in-law of Ken & Venessa, Tony & Nicole. Loving ‘Nanna’ of Jake, Lachlan, Jack, Taleah, Luke, Angus and Jarrod. Dearly loved daughter of Charles & Edith Thomas (both dec’d). Loved sister & sister-in-law of Christopher & Lillian, Peter (dec’d) & Ann and loved aunt of their respective families.

A private cremation for Elaine will be held as per her wishes.
We had a wonderful Aunt, one who never grew old. Her smile was made of sunshine and her heart was solid gold.
And though your smile is gone forever and your hand we cannot touch.
We still have so many memories, of the one we loved so much.
