Eileen ‘June’ Weekes was born on 3rd September, 1930 and passed away on 31st January, 2022.
Aged 91 years. Late of Palm Lake Care, Bargara and formerly of Millbank, Bundaberg. Passed away peacefully on January 31st, 2022. Beloved wife of Kenneth (dec’d). Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Sandra & Norman (dec’d) Cain, Gregory & Sherrie Weekes and John & Smara Weekes. Loving ‘Grandma’ of Cara, Belinda, Belinda, Tracey, Christopher, Michael, Margarita and ‘Great-grandma’ of Cameron, Kyra, Diesel, Ella, Jade, Marley, Jay, Stella, Mabel, Archie and Huey. Loved sister, sister-in-law and aunt of respective families.

A Funeral Service for June will be held at The Chapel, ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Branyan on Friday, February 4th, 2022 at 12:30pm.

Dear John, Smara and families, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of June. June and Ken were wonderful neighbours to mum and dad and June was a treasured friend to mum in her later years. Truly a beautiful lady. Sadly I only read about the funeral yesterday and am so sorry I missed it as I would have dearly loved to pay my respects on behalf of the Harris family.
