David Charles Blake was born on 19th February, 1945 and passed away on 11th May, 2021.
Aged 76 years. Late of Boundary Street, Bundaberg. Passed away peacefully on the 11th May, 2021. Beloved husband of Iris.
Dearly loved father & father-in-law of Donna (dec’d), Catherine & Gary, Darren, Tracy, Sharon, Julie & Mitchell. Loving grandfather of Natasha, Karl, Courtney, Bradley and Hayley. Dearly loved brother & brother-in-law of Edith & Tony (dec’d), Ken (dec’d), Ernie & Rennie(both dec’d), Beryl & Ned (dec’d), Margaret & Peter, Ann & Des. Loving uncle of their respective families.

A Funeral Service for David will be held at The Chapel, “Branyan Gardens”, prior to internment at the “Garden of Rest” Cemetery, Cummins Road, Branyan on Wednesday, 19th May, 2021 at 10.00am.
