Chelsea Jade Stella “Chels” Maddox was born on 29th October, 2003 and passed away on 20th February, 2023.
Aged 19 years. Late of Welcome Creek. Passed away peacefully at the Royal Brisbane Hospital on February 20th, 2023. Dearly loved daughter of Gary & Tanya. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Matt & Kim and Jaymee. Loved aunt of Jaxtyn and Kehlani.
