Samuel Mark Azzopardi was born on 5th August, 1957 and passed away on 4th February, 2025.
Late of Fairymead Road, Bundaberg North and formerly of Mackay. Samuel passed away on Fth, 2025, aged 67 years. Loving son of Paul & Rebecca Azzopardi (both dec’d). Loved brother and brother-in-law of Pat & Geoff Allen, Paul & Carol Azzopardi (both dec’d), Charlie Azzopardi (dec’d) & Jean, Carmel Woodley (dec’d) & Keith, June & Charlie ‘Chook’ Camilleri, Christine & Kevin Wesche, Mary & Greg Ellul and a much loved uncle.

A private cremation for Samuel will be held, as per his families wishes.
RIP Uncle Sam. You brought so much happiness and laughter to our home when we were growing up. You were so loved by all of us…and we will never forget you
