Ronald James “Ron” Schmidt was born on 24th February, 1942 and passed away on 3rd October, 2023.
Aged 81 years. Late of Gretton Court, Avoca and formerly of Wallaville. Passed away at the Bundaberg Base Hospital on October 3rd, 2023. Beloved husband of Lyn. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Michael, Chris & Josie, and Lee & Joanne. Loving grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 1. Dearly loved son of Herb & Ellen (both dec’d). Loved brother and brother-in-law of Shirley & Rino, and Victor & Hilda, and much loved uncle of their respective families.

Relatives and friends of Ron and his family are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Service be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church, George Street on Monday, October 16th, 2023 at 10:00am prior to interment at the Bundaberg Lawn Cemetery (Johnson Street entrance).
