  1. Our thoughts and prayers to the family. May our Lord Jesus give you peace and comfort at the passing of Joyce. Our dear friend was a very kind and loving Christian lady who gave of herself to everyone. We know she is nopw in the very presence of her Saviour and Lord. Well done good and faithful servant. Blessed to be a blessing!

  2. Joyce was a wonderful, down to earth lady, who had a big and wonderful heart. Many times JOyce helped Judy and I by ‘dog-sitting’ our hounds, both whilst in Bundaberg West parish, and she also came down to do the same for us at Kawana Waters parish. Besides that, she helped support the parish youth group, often cooking and serving. One several occasions, Joyce also helped Judy in the rectory with various tasks — in short, she was a ‘giving person’ and recognised and acted upon a need when she saw one. It was a blessing to have known her. I’m sure that her family, especially Gordon, will miss her terribly.
