Valerie May Sellars  was born on 8th October, 1946 and passed away on 13th February, 2025.

Late of Hills Street, Bundaberg East and formerly of Maryborough. Valerie passed away on February 13th 2025 aged 78 years. Dearly loved mother & mother-in-law of David & Marie, Tanya, Owen & Mel. Loving ‘Nana’ of Steven (dec’d), Megan, Robert, Skye, Corey, Krystal, Robert, Mark, Gavin, Johnathan (dec’d), Emma, Samuel, Nathaniel, Lleyton, Naomi, Hayden and Kaylan and Great – ‘Nana’ of 16. Dearly loved daughter of Thomas & Margaret (both dec’d). Loved sister & sister-in-law of Daphne & Don, Maureen & Merv, Glenis & Boyd (dec’d) , Josie & Wally , Lorraine, Toby (dec’d) Doc & Cathy (dec’d), Pat, Billy and Eddie (dec’d). A much loved Aunt.

Relatives and friends of Valerie and her family are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held in The Chapel “Branyan Gardens”, Cummins Road, Branyan on Monday, March 3rd, 2025, commencing at 11:00am.

  1. To David, Tanya and Owen and all of Val’s family please accept our deepest sympathy. We met Val many years ago when we were playing darts for Northern Districts. Val was a lovely lady and a great darts player. She will be sadly missed.

  2. So sorry for Val’s passing. Val was a friend to a lot of people including lot of Dart players. Val was such a beautiful person and will be welcomed with open arms into Gods garden.

    A fine woman who always had a helping hand when needed.
    Val Steinhardt started playing darts at 19 years on 5th July 1966 for Bundaberg and never gave up her love for darts, and friendships she made along her way. Family love & support was her Bullseye. RIP Val.
