Ronald Jack “Jack” Perske was born on 28th January, 1944 and passed away on 27th June, 2017.

Late of Hillvue Crescent, Avoca. Beloved husband of Lorraine. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Steven & Tania, David & Amy. Loving grandfather of Fraser, Noah and Isla. Loved brother & brother-in-law of Marilyn Blackburn & Peter (dec’d). Uncle of Kim, Kelly & Paul. Also Shirley Lehman & Barry (dec’d). Uncle of Debbie, Robert, Brett, Mark & Scott.

20 years ago Jack helped me online with DISCHER/PERSKE family history information. I’m sad to find now that he has passed away. I found out today the “Link” we were looking for back then and we told each other if we found it we’ll let the other one know. I will just leave it here. Albertine DISCHER bc1837 married Godfried Rudolph Julius PERSKE in Prussia c1863. They arrived in Bowen via ‘Herschel’ 12.7.1873 together with Albertine’s brother’s family (Heinrich Charles DISCHER). Albertine’s parents were Johann & Marie Elizabeth (nee SHULTZ) DISCHER. That is how we are linked :-). R.I.P. Jack
