Peter Robert Donaldson was born on 15th November, 1942 and passed away on 4th June, 2020.
Aged 77 years. Late of Woongarra Street and formerly of Brisbane and Papua New Guinea. Passed away peacefully at home on June 4th, 2020. Beloved husband of Jill. Dearly loved father & father-in-law of Robert & Eileen, Anthony & Jodie, Matthew & Rebecca and Jennifer & Shannon. Loving grandfather of Jasmine, Ryan, Flynn, Maggie, Audrey, Wil, Ava, Cooper, Corbin and Trey. Dearly loved eldest son of Robert & Gwenda (both dec’d). Loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle of respective families.

A Funeral Service will be held at ‘Branyan Gardens’, Bundaberg Crematorium at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Leukemia Foundation would be appreciated (envelopes at service).

We didn’t see much of each other over the years due to distance – I remember a lovely time of my big cousin staying with us in Melbourne – then an exciting week travelling together inHolland in a car hired by Uncle Dick Some years ago a good catch up in Bundaberg with you and Thalia too – and then at Auntie Gwenda’s 90th Birthday – a man of fun and great friendliness and hospitality and enthusiasm
I will miss him being in our world

Peter was such a friendly, hospitable man with great enthusiasm and I enjoyed the short times with him spread out over the years

So sorry to hear of the passing of Peter I unfortunately was told today and so sorry to hear the news. I have fond memories of Peter from Traveland and Travelworld days being his business manager for Travelworld. We shared PNG memories both having lived there and I loved testing my pidgeon English with him. I loved Peter’s passion for planes and travel and IT and he will be sadly missed xx
