Michael Victor “Mike” Gruchy  was born on 27th March, 1930 and passed away on 31st January, 2021.

Aged 90 years. Late of Branyan, Bundaberg. Passed away peacefully on January 31st, 2021. Beloved husband of Jean. Dearly loved father & father-in-law of Jane & Mario, Tim & Rhana, Jim & Debbie (dec’d) and Mic. Loving ‘Grandad’ of Peter (dec’d), Thomas, Emily, Frances, Oscar and Felix. Loved brother to John and Peter, brother-in-law and uncle to their respective families.

A Funeral Service for Michael will be held at ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Bundaberg on THURSDAY, 11th February, 2021 at 10:00am.

COVID restrictions apply – 200 guests only in attendance.

  2. Mike was very respected in his profession and was a charter member of the Bundaberg Lions Club. I have fond memories of him as my GP and the Glaucoma clinics he held through Lions in both Bundaberg and Childers.
    Nan and express our sincere condolences to Jean and the family and warmly remember the great times we had all those years ago.

He was a passionate player of the game of Bocce and enjoyed the many friendships there over the past 15 years. He was liked by everyone and will be sadly missed by all of us – Lou & Ivy
