Maurice Stanley ‘Morrie’ Baxter  was born on 10th November, 1931 and passed away on 17th December, 2024.

Late of Alice Street, Walkervale and formerly of Bingera Plantation and Bundaberg. Morrie passed away on December 17th, 2024, aged 93 years. Beloved husband of Lois. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Peter & Jill, Ross & Noelene and Bruce. Loving ‘Grandpa’ of Scott, Adam, Paul, Lauren, Roman and great-grandfather of Liliana, Evelyn, Harmonie, Slater, Peyton, Alice, Ben and Emily. Dearly loved son of Arthur & Stella (both dec’d). Loved brother and brother-in-law of Douglas & Beverley Baxter, Rob Wilkinson (dec’d), Shirley & John Kerr, Estelle & Nelson (dec’d) Ross and uncle of their respective families.

Relatives and friends of Morrie and his family are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel, ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Branyan on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025 now commencing at 10:00am, not as previously advised.

The time of Morrie’s service has changed due to the passing of his beloved wife Lois, details of which will be advised.
