John “Jack” Andrew Jensen was born on 15th June, 1920 and passed away on 31st July, 2017.
The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, 7th August, 2017 at 11:30am at Chapel, “Branyan Gardens” , Cummins Road, Branyan
Late of The Lakes, Bundaberg North. Passed away at the Friendly Society Private Hospital on July 31, 2017. Dearly loved husband of Elsie. Loved brother of Isobel Aplin, also Tom, Dick, Rod, Elsie and Margery (all dec’d).
