Gwenyth May ‘Gwen’ Wood   was born on 30th November, 1942 and passed away on 3rd November, 2024.

Late of Gracehaven Aged Care and formerly of West Hoxton, Glenfield and Avondale. Gwen passed away peacefully on November 3rd, 2024, aged 81 years. Beloved wife of Desmond. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of David & Lisa and Jennifer (dec’d) & Stephen. Loving grandmother of Hayden, Zachery, Nicholas, Cameron, Kyle, Brian and great-grandmother of Sonny and Ruby. Dearly loved daughter of Colin & Mabel Wilson (both dec’d). Loved sister and sister-in-law of Arthur (dec’d) & Margaret, Elaine (dec’d) & Ray, Val and aunt of their respective families.

Relatives and friends of Gwen and her family are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel, ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Branyan on Thursday, November 14th, 2024, commencing at 10:00am.
