Geoffrey John Graham-Jones was born on 11th February, 1946 and passed away on 13th September, 2017.
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday 20th September, 2017 at 2:30pm at Chapel, “Branyan Gardens” , Cummins Road, Branyan
Aged 71 years. Late of Southern Cross Drive, Avoca and formerly of Ulverstone, Tasmania. Passed away at the Friendly Society Private Hospital on September 13, 2017. Beloved husband of Joan. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Scott & Heather, Mark & Kim. Loving poppy of Natasha, Ellie, Will, Cody, Jack, Abbey and Kristy. A much loved friend of Sam Jensen. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Paul & Valda, Kim & John. Cherished uncle of Clayton & Rachael, Michelle & Lel, Lisa (dec’d), Simone, Jonathon and Christopher.

Relatives and friends of Geoff and his family are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held at the Chapel, ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Branyan, WEDNESDAY, September 20, 2017 at 2:30pm.
