Aged 92 years. Late of Fairways, Bundaberg. Passed away at the Bundaberg Base Hospital on June 22nd, 2020. Beloved wife of Bill Phelps (dec’d). Dearly loved mother & mother-in-law of Keith & Sandra and Gail & Adrian. Loving grandmother & great-grandmother of their families.
