Iris Jean Bishop was born on 11th July, 1931 and passed away on 9th November, 2023.
Aged 92 years. Late of Churchward Street, Kepnock and born & raised in Bundaberg. Passed away at the Bundaberg Base Hospital on November 9th, 2023. Beloved wife of Ron. Dearly loved mother & mother-in-law of Tony & Kaye and Darryl & Slone. Loving ‘Grandma’ of Kristen & Nathan, Amy, Anthony, Brandon & Kelly, Connor, Sophie, Pia and her mother, Cath and great-‘Grandma’ of Olivia and Benjamin. Dearly loved daughter of John & Gladys Bell (both dec’d). Loved sister, sister-in-law and aunt of Janice, Doreen also Florence, Ethel, Sid, Eric, Joyce, Thelma and John (all dec’d) and their respective families.

Relatives and friends of Iris and her family are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held in The Chapel, ‘Branyan Gardens’ Cummins Road, Branyan on Thursday, November 16th, 2023 at 2:00pm.

We were fortunate to have my mum (Doreen – Ron’s sister) & my dad (Bob – Ron & Iris’s brother in law) with us on many of these occasions. We even managed a Bundaberg family catch up with lots of laughter (that still puts a smile on my dial when I remember our quality family times)
