Margaret Jessie Black  was born on 10th June, 1946 and passed away on 7th October, 2024.

Late of Bushs Road, Avondale. Margaret passed away at the Bundaberg Base Hospital on October 7th, 2024 aged 78 years. Beloved wife of Robert. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Jeanette & Evan McCracken, Steven, David & Angela, and Kevin & Sue. Loving grandmother of Andrew, Leanne, Rachel, Thomas, Sidney, Khristopher, Felicity, Chelsea, Toby, Emily, Nathan, Rebekah, Jason, Daniel, and great-grandmother of Lily, Flynn, Joseph, Hart, William, Luke, Elizabeth, Bradley, and Cameron. Loved sister of Alfred, Dorothy and George (all dec’d).

Relatives and friends of Margaret and her family are respectfully invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel, ‘Branyan Gardens’, Cummins Road, Branyan on Saturday, October 12th, 2024 commencing at 10:00am, prior to interment at Branyan Gardens, ‘Garden of Rest’ Cemetery.

Margaret was a wonderful lady and her passing will leave a huge gap in your lives but you will have lovely memories of her and I pray that they, with God’s help and time will be a source of great comfort to you all.   2. To Mr Black, Jeanette and family. Thinking of you all at this sad time. Have fond memories of your mum from when we would go up the range and visit you at the dairy, and more often than not, we would get into some sort of mischief! Your mum will be sadly missed.

  4. To all of the family from all of our family, a sincere and heartfelt message of condolence to you all. We have wonderful memories of visiting at the farm. Meals around the kitchen table with the whole family were a real treat. May you know the comfort of God’s presence with you at this sad time and also from knowing that you are being thought of and prayed for. These thoughts especially from Mum (Rose Haggarty) who has known Margaret since childhood.

  5. Mrs Black was an amazing woman, who showed her faith through her deeds. Has been amazing to our family over the years. Passing on my prayers and best wishes to the whole family. Losing your mother is a very hard thing, physically and mentally.

  6. My condolences to Robert, Jeanette & Evan McCracken, Steven, David & Angela, and Kevin & Sue. I have fond memories of when Margaret welcome me into there home & lives on the dairy farm. Some 50 years of memories will live on in our hearts. We will all miss that big smile & jovial laugh.
